Schools Here at the Cardiff Bay Water Activity Centre and Cardiff Sailing Centre, we are keen to work closely with local primary and secondary schools to offer their pupils an experience of water and adventurous activities at an affordable price. We are able to work with children as young as 8 years old in a broad spectrum of activities both on the water and on land. Not only do we offer summer activity packages but our new winter programme is now in place and thriving. Our location in the mouth of the river Taff and just a stones throw from Cardiff Bay means we are in a prime location for schools from Cardiff, Rhondda Cynon Taff and the Vale of Glamorgan. We offer specific activity courses such as our Welsh Rowing endorsed 'blades' learn to row courses and RYA sailing and windsurfing courses through the RYA onboard programme. However, we also offer multi activity packages all year round. If your school or group would like a one off multi activity session or a number of sessions to gain a more thorough experience of activities we can tailor a package to suit your needs. We also have 2 new initiatives for 2011! These are the 'Primary Challenge' and the 'Schools Rowing Club', both initiatives already proving very popular.
