Please download this form to express your interest in an Annual Slipway Licence and key for the Slipway at Channel View on the River Taff.

Notes to Applicants

1. Once completed, please return this form to:

2. The details you provide will be held on file for the purposes of providing information about the Channel View Slipway and navigational matters only.

3. Once your completed form is received, we shall inform you of the exact cost for your vessel, and provide you with the terms of the licence under which use of the Slipway is permitted.

Only once you have read and accepted these will you be charged for the licence and issued with a key.
