It provides excellent links to the Taff Trail and the rest of Cardiff Bay, as well as rowing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Managed by Cardiff Harbour Authority, the facility has introduced thousands of individuals, families and schools to the exciting world of watersports. It offers a wide range of courses that can guide you from being a complete novice to a fully qualified instructor.
