Course info
This two day and one evening course is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to operate safely and confidently in more demanding coastal waters by day and night.
The course covers boat handling, pilotage, meteorology, navigation at planing speeds, seamanship, and undertaking a night-time passage at sea.
N.B. Please ensure that you bring a passport photo with you when you attend the course, as it will be required to issue your certificate.
Commercial Endorsement – This certificate cannot be commercially endorsed. If you require commercial endorsement, you must complete the Advanced Powerboat Certificate of Competent (exam).
